Swivel dosing valve for free-flowing products.  A horizontal flap is pushed on a swivel arm over an orifice and the product flow is interrupted. Depending on the product the flap is opened wider or smaller.  Coarse and fine dosing are done with two positions.

The advantage of this type of dosing system compared to others is that virtually no residual product stays in the system since there are no horizontal surfaces.  This swivel dosing valve is very easy to clean as all parts can be reached easily after removing the outlet spout.  With an additional agitator this type of dosing can also be used for bridge-building products.
