Vollenda offers totalising weighers for outputs of 2 t/h up to 400 t/h. The weight is determined by adding the weights of separate batches filled into the weighing hopper. The hopper is filled and empty quickly to maximise the throughput.  Nevertheless this principle guarantees a very high weighing accuracy since the single batch is weighed very accurately.  These weighers can be used for different products.

Hopper weigher for free flowing products (VNG)

Automatic high-performance totalising hopper weigher with pneumatically operated flaps to empty the weighing hopper and electronic weighing system for free-rolling and granulated products. The weighers are approved as self-acting totalising weigher (SWT):

• pneumatically operated quick action emptying flaps
• housing with maintenance doors
• support for calibration weights on the weighing hopper
• housing and product guiding parts made of carbon steel
• integrated dosing system with pneumatically operated dosing flap (coarse and fine dosing if required)

Hopper weigher for powdery products (VNGG)

Automatic, self-contained high-performance totalising hopper weigher with electronic weighing system for powdery products. The weighers are airtight and can be equipped with a filter connected to an aspiration unit.  The weighers are approved as self-acting totalising weigher (SWT):

• certified as a legal discontinuous totalising weigher according to MID directive 2004/22/EC
• maintenance and cleaning doors in the hopper
• support for calibration weights at the weighing container
• housing and product guiding parts made of carbon steel
• suitable dosing with closing flap
• pneumatically operated floor flaps

Capacity: up to 150 t/h

Electronics for totalising weighers

The weighers can be equipped with different electronics:

• certified as a legal discontinuous totalising weigher according to MID directive 2004/22/EC
• with normal weighing electronics to measure throughput in internal processes that do not require legalisation
