The rotary valve is suitable for poorly flowing products.  The chamber of the rotor fills at the infeed from the product entering from above and is released at the exit.  The dosing rate is determined by the size of the rotor and the rotation speed. 

Our rotary valves are equipped with flaps to avoid product from dropping out after the dosing has stopped to ensure high dosing accuracy.  It can be dismantled for cleaning and is accessible from all sides.
