Belt dosing systems are particularly suitable for sticky products and abrasive products.  We offer them in different designs and sizes.  With the integrated closing flap this system can be used with free-flowing products as well.

The product is loosened up, homogenized and then fed to the dosing belt.  The belt system, provided with a frequency-inverted controlled drive doses the product into the discharge hopper.  The rate depends on the belt speed and the height of the product layer on the belt.  The latter can be adjusted with a scraper blade.
