Auger dosing system with 1-3 screws for powder and other heavy flowing bulk products. VOLLENDA offers augers in different sizes. The required size depends on the quantity to be filled and the capacity of the machine.

Coarse and fine dosing can be done by adjusting the speed. When using 2 or 3 screws in addition different sizes of screws are used for coarse and fine dosing.

Screws are usually equipped with a closing flap to avoid uncontrolled leaking or breaking off of the product which reduces the dosing accuracy
