M-flap dosing with pneumatically operated simple flaps that open and close. This type of flap dosing is suitable for free flowing products. However, a combination with an integrated agitator or rotary valve allows dosing of poorly flowing powdery products as well. The simple design of this type of dosing makes it easy to add wear protection.

The dosing unit has 2 or 3 flaps with different sizes which can be controlled separately. Coarse and fine flow can be dosed.  An agitator or rotary valve improves dosing of heavily flowing products
