G-flap dosing system for free flowing products and high speed-dosing. This design ensures that free flowing products are dosed smoothly and that product change is done without any mixing of products.

Function

The dosing hopper is closed by a swivel flap. The flap opens the pre-dosing hopper. The dosed quantity and the trickling behaviour can be additionally controlled by a slide. For dosing fine flowing products the flap is closed so far so that only a small section is opened in the flap.
