Big Bag systems for high capacity up to 90 big bags/h per filling spout. Vollenda-Werk GmbH offer plants with high output to fill big bags. These are used for different products such as plastic granules, animal meal, herbicides, pastilles and milk powder.

Big bags can be filled and weighed either with a gross weigher or a net weigher. Machines are designed to be filled in a stationary way or hanging way. Big bags can be executed as one-loop bag or multi-loop bag. The big bags are transported either by roller conveyors or directly by belt conveyors. Many machines are designed to fill in octabins besides filling in big bags.

Additionally to their own machines, Vollenda-Werk GmbH, as a supplier of systems, also offers transport technique for pallets, i.e. empty pallet dispensers, cover sheet dispensers, pallet storage for full big bags, transport vehicle, buffer areas, etc..  Machine parameters are:
