Valve bag auger filler with integrated gross weigher for powdery, floury up to small-granulated products such as flour, starch, coarse meal, iron oxide, dry mortar, plastic fibres. The machine is suitable for valve bags with inner or outer valve. The filling spout and bag chair are on a load cell leaver so that the bag can be weighed during filling. If the strong mechanical vibrator is used to compact the product the load cells are lifted and thus effectively protected against damage.

Dosing is often done by flap dosing or by use of a dosing screw but other dosing systems can also be used as well.  This system can also be used as pure valve bag filler (VVA) with bag vibrator together with a hopper weigher.  The machine properties for the VUV are:
