Tubular FFS machine for free-flowing and heavly flowing products such as plastic granules, additives, animal feed, seeds, food additives. The unit produces bags out of a tubular film, fills and closes them in a single compact machine that holds the bag from the start to the closed bag.

The bottom of the bag is heat-sealed and the tubular film is trimmed to the requested bag length.  The bag produced in thes manner is than passed on to a position under the filling spout where it is opened and filled.  The bag is heavily shaken while being filled to maximize the filling rate. Then the bag is spread under the filling spout and is transported to the welding station in an upright position. The bag bottom is transported with rollers while the top is held by a gripper on each side. The bag is closed in the welding station.

The machine can be equipped with different kind of weighers and dosing components. The choice depends on the product characteristics, the required capacity and accuracy etc..  The machine properties are:

Capacity: up to 1000 bags/h
Filling range: 10...25 kg (adjustable)
Bag sizes: film width 300-500 mm (flat bag) with or without gusset, length 550 up to 1000 mm (other sizes upon request)
