Flat foil FFS machine for free flowing and dusty products such as seeds, rubber granules, plastic granules, fire clay, tea, wooden pellets, chemical, toxic materials etc.  The unit produces bags out of flat film and fills them in one working process. The film is formed and sealed in the required length which is set by the operator.

The machine can be equipped with different kinds of weighers and dosing components. The choice depends on characteristics of product, the required capacity and the required accuracy.  Vollenda offers a number of specialities to handle dusty products and we use the machine frequently in projects where containment of toxic products is required to minimise the contact of the operator with the product.   The machine parameters are
